The hillbilly version: Joe has a problem with spirits, those that come in a bottle or more precisely the control of said spirits. Quite frankly “they” took his license for his second DWI. This was not the end of his driving. Judge Hardnose in a very solemn moment recognized the importance of Joe’s job and the subsequent effect upon Joe’s family should Joe not be allowed to work. Joe has responsibilities and Joe has a job.
Thus Joe can drive to work and home but any other time you see Joe in a car you see:
Amila behind the wheel.
I wonder what would happen if an emergency arose and Amila was not there?
Well, it depended upon the emergency of course. You couldn’t expect Joe not to drive if it was life or death.
Not me. But I wonder if Judge Hardnose would see it that way. Do you think Hardnose would have second thoughts if there was an accident even if the accident was not Joe’s fault?
Nuclear football

Hillbilly version: national security is dangerous work
Duty:
- a moral or legal obligation.
- a task of action that someone is required to perform.
Given the president has immunity for actions taken in performance of his/her duties, when is it a duty of the president to launch nuclear attacks? No one can force the president to launch a nuclear attack. The decision to launch is the presidents. The president can get opinions but the final decision belongs solely to the president. Elimination of number two: is required to perform.
Who can question the moral obligation of a felon. The president can be trusted to uphold the law. He took an oath.
So, that leaves the legal obligation. No one else can order the launch. Are we going to understand the president’s emergency (national security) when he launches and ends humanity as we know it.
