Hillbilly version: Momma says just because someone else did it does not make it right. Finally something both parties can agree upon. If the president is from our party then he will be allowed to invade, assassinate, bomb. [The president can use small scale and short duration but we allow unlimited bombing as long as no troops are on the ground]! The rationalization for this behavior is others did it first. Therefore, it’s alright. Maybe at your house (upbringing), it is alright but at some houses, that kind of behavior would get you at least a high intense conversation if not a lesson applied to your back side. Times are different. No Kidding! The last declared war was in the 1940s. Now we call wars- special military operations. Wasn’t the Army birthday party enough? Everybody knows we have a military.

Not to mention names (pointing fingers was another thing momma was against) but the supporters of Trump’s action want to know: “Do you want Iran to have Nuclear weapons”? Well, Who do you want to have nuclear weapons and how far are you willing to go to remove those weapons making capabilities? Consider for a minute, if another country decided they did not want the United States to have a nuclear weapon, would they be justified in bombing us???

Once again we need to know who knew and who supported this action. OK. I understand Hegseth can’t be told or involved but the congress should do their job. The voters of the United States, will have to decide if this type of leadership is what we need. Whether it is the president or the congress someone will answer for the decisions made. There should be no changing horses mid stream.

Did the military action against uraniun enrichment facilities endanger the population or was that a consideration? Possible dangers of such a facility are a) chemical hazards, b) radiation hazards and c) release of hazardous gases. How can you bomb such a facility without increasing these dangers to civilians?

What exactly is in an enrichment facility? The United States has only one?
