Hillbilly wisdom: put your money where it will do the most good FOR EVERYONE. Like a broken record, once again Arkansas is putting their public money- money allocated for public education- into other venues. There are more than 50,000 requests for the voucher program in the school year 2025-26. This represents money pulled away from public education and is supported by Governor Sanders as good for the children. If there is a better way to educate our future, then change the system. My bad, that is what is occurring.

The problem is not everyone will have an opportunity to participate. Yes, everyone can apply but not everyone will have the means to supplement non public education. Education will become more class divided. The under privileged will suffer. AGAIN.
