Forced into a position of federal help because they can not manage (follow directives from above?) their affairs to the level of compliance set by the federal government. This is not one person’s retaliation as there is no effort within the congress or the judiciary to stop the executive branch’s expansion of power. (Bozeman and Cotton) are you supporting these actions? Do you really think you were elected to support military intervention in major cities that voted the wrong way? Effectiveness of US military intervention is questionable at least. The military is good at destruction and we have them picking up litter within city limits of Distric of Columbia. Why not clean up crime in Little Rock? Overall crime in Little Rock is down in year to year data like D.C. but violent crime shows a substantial increase.

The tendency to blame the figurehead as the sole cause is misguided. We are past the point of the buck stops here politics. Courts have ruled actions IMPOUNDMENT taken by the executive branch unconstitutional only to be ignored. What does it take to get fired at the top of the executive branch?

Treason, Bribery or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors….gross neglect of public duty , and conduct that subverts the government’s integrity or process.
