Hillbilly wisdom: If the courts rule that Trump has broken the law, why are you giving him a stay? That is one of the reasons why he continually pushes the line. The president was convicted of over thirty violations against the state of New York and told “to go do his job”. Where is the penalty? No deterrence what-so-ever. If there is no enforcement of the law then there is no law. If the courts don’t impose penalties, then the taxpayers time and money has been wasted. Even Trump expects penalties and is attempting to do away with cashless bonds for others. He calls for action against others. But, Don’t expect him to enforce the law against himself. He will not step down or stop his actions. Listen to what he is saying. That he is no dictator but some people want one. Are you believing this?

Some say the court is overreaching. That, in effect, they are making law. Trump will get his case expedited to the Supreme Court. Yet another emergency the nation will face with disastrous consequences if his policies are not allowed. Assume the Supreme Court members represent the impartial final judges in our system. Do not expect the judges appointed by Trump with the approval of Congress to recluse themselves for conflict of interest. Not going to happen. They are not beholden to the person who nominated them for a job which has no limits, short of death. None what-so-ever. It is their job to go along with their benefactor? Trust is an elusive element currently in the world.

If the three judges nominated by Trump recused themselves, the court would still have a quorum (28 U.S. Code section 1) to conduct business. Do you think the results would be impartial? The Supreme Court should set the example! The Court is impartial, particularly, if you agree with the majority votes. The law is no longer stable. Precedent is out the window. Any system is only as good as the people running it. The founders set into place a system of checks and balances. Individuals within each branch of government must stand up and do their job without bias and fear of repercussion
