Hillbilly version: “What do we know, hope, hope to know, or know to hope? The world appears confused. Lots of things are not as they were. This is not an attempt to explain the accuracy of such a subjective statement. The purpose of this endeavor is too question the trend of the leadership of the United States. In a day where everything is instant. Overnight fees apply. And there is not a supply line issue. Why are the items of distraction the same stories- not facts- and the truth changes hourly?
Yet, we cannot expect our leadership to do their jobs. In defense of our current representatives, it is in large part our fault for continually reelecting the same members of the two party system. Afterall, they are doing what they think is best? I, without any evidence, know the two party system still serves the majority of the citizenry. Otherwise, we would change it. Wouldn’t we? Change would be in our best interest if we were not being properly served. But we still hope that they will do better.
We demand less then nothing from our election choices. Those claiming to serve the public continually keep us in the dark. Call us muchroom. We are kept in the dark(not informed) and fed bull sh*t. We would like to know. Hope to know that caring for someone besides self is possible and maybe there is a chance of improvement for everyone.
Remember, everyone that it is upon us to know to hope. Do not give up. But hope without action will not change anything. There is a time coming when the level of return from government will make it necessary to adjust to the priorities of the nation. Hopefully, we can use our brains more than our brawn. Thinking is possible! Another subjective statement.
