Hillbilly wisdom: let me emphasize this is an imaginary trip. Old people are not necessarily in touch with themselves or reality. But think about this for a story line. Fiction of course, with no basis in reality. Who the hell would know what is true today. A president who rarely comes out in public and can’t follow directions is replaced by a president with the opposing traits. Both pronounced fit to serve by medical professionals. Is it any wonder that we do not want socialized medicine for everyone. Think about it. Presidents are fit and they receive the best treatment available. Would you want that professional in charge of your medical needs. Look out America. Socialized medicine is around the corner. If the insurance companies subsidies are removed, they would go out of business. There will be little choice. Everyone will be subjected to medical treatment equal to that received by the president. Let me say that is not all bad. You too could have face lifts or maybe just spray painted (multiple colors available) orange. But the president is wealthy, successful and intelligent? Warned you this is fiction. Your choices might be limited to off white, brown and black. Think the president copyrighted orange and he could have you prosecuted.

Murder

Is it murder when a person tells you we will kill you and then blows ships up off your shores? In America telling someone we will kill you is a crime – terroristic threatening. Lets get it straight and call it a gang war. If your share of the proceeds from the drug trade are not right then of course as a criminal leader, you should murder the rival gang’s leader and replace them with someone who is more fair. Someone who would make a better deal. Think about it. *[We could add international drama- pit one country against the other. Use drug prevention and interdiction as a means to disrupt and overthrow the government. Nay. No one in their right mind would believe that. It’s a little much.] Now as in all dramas, you cannot commit murder. You cannot visibly attack another person much less a country and have deniability. So, you delegate and if you by chance have a private military or even better if you are the commander in chief with immunity you cannot be touched – if your actions are in the interest of natural security. But the involvement of others makes it a conspiracy. A conspiracy to commit murder. You could even have the leader say he recognizes that his subordinates do not have immunity. Think of the power of that scene. A lowly enlisted person who honestly believes that killing people out for a boat ride, not given the opportunity to surrender, and/or become a whistle blower pushes the button that launches the missile and erases both the boat and the people from the face of the earth. This person then has to face the facts at the same time he/she attempts to justify his/her involvement from his/her mind. *[So this person that questions the taking of life turns to those around him/ her for support. The drama possibilities are unlimited. That’s stupid.]

If you have more than five co-conspirators, repeat this type of behavior and profit from it then it comes under the heading of CCE. *Note to self the profits do not have to come directly from the sales of drugs. Profits, for example, from the sale of oil which would be impacted by the increased military presence off the coast of the foreign nation state. This link would make all those receiving increased benefits from a seemingly non related industry, a party to the CCE.

A CCE is a continuing criminal enterprise and everyone involved is subject to a minimum of twenty years without parole. I goggled it. Maybe not the most reliable source. There is not a statue of limitations upon your crime. This action could reappear years down the road. I mistakenly thought the CCE was limited to drug operations. It extends to conspiracy, money laundering, weapons violations, financial crimes, and human trafficking. If these actions contribute to the profit then they are subject to the CCE indictments. Can you believe this shit? This is a soap opera, a TV drama, or a poorly written novel. But it would sale. The audience would turn in daily, if not hourly, to see where it is going next. Ratings would be off the wall. There are so many issues from which the observer could chose sides. All I can say at this point is thank God this is fiction. Everything is made up. This could be a New York best seller. Granted it is so far out that it could not happen in real life but fiction sales.
