The existing laws would be effective if the criminals would obey them. What is wrong with criminals? Criminals are individuals who break the law!

Criminals justify their actions. Some reasons are socioeconomic hardship, psycho social factors, and sometimes it is a rational choice believing the reward out weighs the risk. This last category is perhaps the most dangerous. Because their intent is based upon personal reward. If there are no consequences for disregarding the law, the criminal will rarely stop their actions. An increase and possible expansion of their criminal activities is more likely.

FAKE NEWS. If for example, a criminal thought they had immunity from their actions then there is no risk . Positive reinforcement for the criminal’s actions will not cause the criminal to alter their negative behaviors. Now Tom, as the chairman of the Intelligence committee, you obviously have access to information unavailable to the general public. The public lives in the real world but this is not a reason to inform them of what is going on. But I have a question. How is it possible for you to uphold the constitution and support the elimination of individuals without due process?
