If a lie would advance my position, stature or wealth, then yes without a doubt I would stretch the truth. After direct contact with convicted criminals with less then perfect moral and ethical codes, I am by nature very skeptical of others.

When Tom Cotton, head of intelligence committee, says on Saturday that he or Congress received No advance notification of the Venezuela invasion. He is telling the truth? This is a violation? Then the following day, after the appropriate communication with the President and the Secretary of State he declares Congress does not need to know because Congress’s approval is not necessary. He is again telling the truth. He, personally, is okay with the violence used against a sovereign nation. There were deaths. People died. Any threats or force against sovereign territories is okay if Trump says it is. There you have it. Fake news.

This position was firmly upheld in the press conference held by Trump on Sunday when his General outlined the advance preparations made for the attack. Over a hundred planes and all branches of the military (joint actions) were prepared to go as early as December 5. They were waiting for the right moment. (Congress out of town maybe or maybe a communication from operatives within Venezuela.) A joint operation for a law enforcement effort? Not a plan to take over and control the oil production of Venezuela?

There were no plans for this kind of action according to the direct conversations with Congress during the middle of December. All actions were about the elimination of or the fight against drugs. More truth?

Is it FAKE NEWS or a damn lie. Who is being lied to the most- Congress or the American public? Congress as elected public officials, you need to take actions against persons who lie directly to you either for yourselves or for the public which you represent. Cotton, the head of the intelligence committee does not know ahead of time is a damn lie or an incompetent individual. More fake news.
