Hillbilly version: This fairy tale will temporarily end this installment of FAKE news about the battle between the executive branch, the legislative branch and the judicial branch. Nixon became the first United States president to withdraw from office, thus denying Trump that distinction and was pardoned a month later by president Ford exercising his subsequent powers as the new president. Some thought at the time, that withdrawal was not enough and that charges, trials, and ultimately prison time were called for. There are those who believe Trumps use of force, threats, and intimidation both international and domestic are violations of law. Actions, beyond the scope of his powers as president, taken not for the country but actions taken to promote himself beyond his present presidential position and effectively make himself Ruler of the western hemisphere.

Trump’s Donroe Doctrine justifies the use of force in the western hemisphere. Non-authorized military power is in total disregard of the UN article 2(4) and is a crime. Trump’s prior request for immunity from the ICC (International Criminal Court) shows premeditation and self recognition of the illegality of his actions.

The United Nations is an organization co-founded by the United States in 1945 as a means to promote peace and avoid unnecessary wars. A means to peacefully settle disagreements. Trump has withdrawn from multiple United Nations’ projects because they do not agree with his agenda.

The truth is more dangerous than the fake news. Transparency is not going to happen. The facts will be denied, a rogue employee did it, it’s a frame up, or even a conspiracy Damn Democrats.

The problem is in the modern era there are pictures of almost all events. It seems everyone carries a phone capable of capturing events as they occur. *We need to make use of the phone against those abusing the power of their position illegal. Bullsh*t. What is the difference between unauthorized videos and masked domestic mercenaries?

Trump can be the second president to step down from office or the first to be impeached. Trump stated that the Republicans must win the midterms or those “Democrats will impeach me”. Now I ask you, how can Congress impeach the president if the facts do not indicate impeachable offenses? Is the president admitting to wrong doings? Is this an admission similar to requesting immunity before moving against sovereign territories? Reasons for impeachment of a sitting president are: Treason, Bribery, or other high crimes. Treason is levying war against the United States. (probably not) Bribery is or involves corrupt actions of public officials. (Maybe) Other high crimes are a) abuse of power, b) obstruction of justice or congress, or c) behavior incompatible with the duties of his office or serious abuses of public trust in performance of his duties. (Definitely)

The fear is the truth will come out. There is little doubt that VP Vance would pardon Trump if he is convicted or steps down. Vance is loyal if nothing else but then again he might want to distance himself and his administration from any prior administrative actions. Either scenario requires trust in Vance by Trump. Only those who have direct knowledge of the facts, the truth, can evaluate the possible benefits or losses of this situation.

In a fairy tale good wins over evil and everyone lives happily ever after. The white knight in this fairy tale is Congress. How will they respond?
