Hillbilly wisdom: More bullshit from Trump and Netanyahu. The announcement of a plan to talk about stopping the war is slightly less than the actual situation of February 27. There were active ongoing talks when the military actions started. Trump and Netanyahu are two partners in crime whose stances are in alignment. There will be war. The violation of the War Powers Act continues from the view point of the United States. The violence in the Middle East continues from the view of Israel. The pressure in the Middle East will not stop because neither Iran, Israel or the United States can be trusted. The military might of the United States and Israel are on display but have proven ineffective against Iran. Ceasefires are meaningless unless you count them as an opportunity to reload.

The announcement that the deal is final is another lie to move the markets. Until all the parties involved in the conflict are jointly involved in the peace process there can be little hope of lasting peace. The details of the peace deal are unknown because they do not exist. At best there will be an agreement to talk more later. Nothing has been signed and even then some of the parties involved in the process have been known to tear up past agreements to try an get a better deal.

The family profits again. The thing about mob politics is it is never over. The mark pays more for the safety they desire. The family gets paid first and the price extracted goes only in one direction- up.

The vote from Congress is being set aside, not through a formal process (veto) but just disregarded. The families point of view is to ignore Congress’s action. Congress has not shown the necessary resolve to stop the war machine. The vote is a step in the right direction but it is to little and it is to late. Thus the process will be repeated again but probably with a foe less able to defend themselves. Perhaps Cuba?
