Hillbilly wisdom: you will be judged by the company you keep. When you hang with characters of questionable integrity there becomes a question about your integrity. This works more in a negative context than the positive.

This includes energy, materials, and humanitarian aid as people die in the Middle East. The war continues. This is the same war started and ended in February.

The problem with the United States leaving the area is: The Don will not get protection money. His immediate influence over the area will be reduced.

Plus, the world would possibly see they can get bye without the current United States. One of Three options will happen. There will be peace. There will be battles. There will be coexistence. The United States would benefit from scenarios A- #1 and #3 and extreme sales from # 2 scenario B. It is possible that over time we might be invited back into the region as a trading partner or part of a peace keeping force. Time will tell. With time we can began to rebuild, strengthen our position, and take care of our domestic problems with less distractions.
