Hillbilly wisdom: there is nothing silent about military actions. The silence comes later. When there is no conversation to be had. In war one or both sides may lay claim to victory but where is the victory for those who made the ultimate sacrifice? The silence offers little for the families.

At best, there was a reason for the decisions made that lead to the silence. And the war was worth the cost!
