Add to this the surveillance from space and by drones and the United States has an effective way of countering drug trafficking.

The other side of the coin, does the demonstration of the US capabilities bring back the 100+ individuals murdered in the Caribbean? To Senator Cotton, I understand your state is benefiting from the manufacture and sales of missiles but to the other members of Congress, or the Department of Justice; given the United States has the technology necessary for nonviolent intervention within our arsenal, will someone answer for the crimes in the Caribbean?
