Hillbilly wisdom: August 10,2026 Netanyahu and Trump had a meeting. The details are unknown but Trump says the relationship is good. Following the meeting, there is a new set of demands for peace in the Middle East. Iran will need to reimburse the United States for losses from the war.

Imagine two countries United States and Israel invading Iran and then demand Iran be held responsible for cost incurred during the war by the United States . This is a new approach to international diplomatic bargaining. Why not? Under this line of thought, the United States would qualify for reparations from wars all the way back to World War II, maybe even beyond. I’m not saying Netanyahu and Trump came up with this during their meeting but it holds define possibilities for financial gain. Plus, the shear stupidity of the idea guarantees their will be no movement toward actual peace talks which Israel is against. Stopping the peace talks might or might not be a factor in the announcement. Israel does not want peace with Iran or any of its neighbors in the gulf. Trump wants peace but he cannot stand against the wishes of Israel. Strongest military in the world and cannot stand for what he wants!

Forget the cost of war (deaths, crimes against humanity, and wasted resources). This is STUPID. But then stupidity is subjective. Trump regularly calls people who disagree with him stupid. While stupid cannot be measured it can be recognized. Insanity, however, can be measured.
