Hillbilly wisdom: You can’t make this stuff up. Finding the truth is the problem. The curtailment of the 4^th estate, the consolidation of media outlets or the lack of alternate sources of information has created an environment where the least asked question is “what is going on”. The question of why brings an ugly or derogatory comment often accompanied by threats of a law suit. All comments from a controlled media should be viewed with a skeptical eye or considered fake news. Then again the truth is stranger than fiction.

For years the United States (who) sanctions prevented Venezuela (where)from selling crude in the world market. This contributed to economic hardships within the Venezuela. January 2026 the president leaves the country for a vacation in New York; a puppet president was installed; oil sales were controlled by United States; and in August 2026 a new oil contract reportedly gives the United States controlling interest in oil production for an extended time period. It’s a gift. Venezuelans love Trump. (Venezuela is suffering from the Stockholm Syndrome). This gift will cost between 5 and 20 dollars per barrel. Not exactly a gift but a hell of deal given the current market price. To be fair if Venezuela does not sell to the United States, we will prevent them from selling abroad. Venezuela does not have a choice. Venezuela owes the United States. The United States is so good to them. ASK President Trump?

Venezuela will have fair and honest presidential and parliamentary elections but Venezuelans are not ready. Venezuelans are not ready to control their own destiny? President Trump will let them know when they are ready.
