The need for a new negotiator

Hillbilly wisdom: President Trump suggests Ukraine needs a different person speaking for them in regard to the war with Russia. Would the same approach work for the United States in its war against Iran? Better negotiators?

The “war could have ended but the leadership does not want the war to end” is a bold statement made by President Trump. And I agree with Trump. This type of logic applies to most wars, not only at the end but from the start. Take the United States/Iran conflict for example. At the start, during the conflict, and at the end the United States could have ended the conflict. In fact, the war did not have to start.

Trump is correct the war could end at any time but war was/is wanted by the leadership of the aggressor nations. The aggressors attempted to take what they could not achieve through diplomacy. Until nations learn diplomacy instead of violence as a means of settling differences, we are doomed to repeat the same mistakes. The negotiator cannot stop what the leaders want.
